1 frozen pork loin roast

3-4 lbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2 In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce and minced garlic. Heat over
medium, stirring frequently, until glaze is warm and well combined, about 5
minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3 Place frozen pork loin on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan. Rub with olive
oil and season all over with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4 Pour half the honey soy garlic glaze over the pork, turning to coat evenly.
5 Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes, until
internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6 Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Spoon any remaining pan
juices over the sliced pork.
7 Serve immediately with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
