🧂 Ingredients

3 cups Bob's Red Mill Paleo Baking Powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
3 eggs
1/3 cup canola oil or coconut oil
3/4 cup honey or maple syrup (Choc-zero is a fave of mine)
1/3 cup of water
1/2-1 cup add-ins (chocolate morsels, walnuts)

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350F
2 Grease a standard muffin pan
3 In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside
4 In a large bowl whisk together eggs, canola oil, honey or maple syrup, and water
5 Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly
6 Stir in add-ins
7 Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan
8 Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
