Instructions

1 Dice the jalapeños, galic, red onion and cilantro.
2 Add the diced veggies to a big bowl with the ground turkey.
3 Add in all spices.
4 Form the meat mixture into 4 equal size balls.
5 Press them lightly into patties and place in freezer for 15 minutes while the
grill heats up.
6 Once the grill is hot, spray with non-stick spray and place the patties on.
7 Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
8 Flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 165°F.
9 Let the turkey burgers rest for 5 minutes before enjoying!
