🧂 Ingredients

3 pounds sirloin steak
1/3 cup Olive oil
2 cloves garlic – minced
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1 In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the oil, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce,
honey, and pepper.
2 Add sirloin steaks to the bag. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 1 – 1
1/2 hours.
3 Remove the bag from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature.
4 Heat the grill to medium heat and oil the grates with cooking oil.
5 Grill steaks for approximately 6 minutes; then flip with tongs
