Recipe for Saucy Pops
I was first introduced to these Saucy Chicken Lollipops at our College Canteen in St. Andrew’s, Bandra. I used to wait when that damn bell would ring and I’d run down to the canteen and grab myself two of these most delicious Saucy, Spicy Chicken Lollipops! I remember they were called MASALA LOLLIPOPS! Sooooo Good! The Saucy Lollipops seemed to have followed me thereafter, wherever I went. When I was doing my Masters at St. Francis too, these used to be my favourite break time snack. When I came to Dubai, there was no place that matched the College canteen Saucy Lolipops. Once you're able to master flavours and textures, you can try making just about anything at home. I used my Chicken Chilly recipe to try my hand at the Saucy Lollipops with an addition of extra sugar and tomato ketchup and Yayyyy! I’m now eating my Favourite Saucy Pops by the Dozen at Home!
