I wanted to post a recipe that my wife made for me the first time she cooked me dinner. It was almost 30 years ago while we were just starting to date. The recipe itself is a good one and has become a family favorite over the years.

Besides clams, you can use razor clams or mussels. Add mung bean vermicelli or rice vermicelli to make it a meal. View RecipeBest part about making a burger at home is that you can add anything you want to it. I added bacon to my burger! You can also consider adding pickles, jalapenos, relish, or an egg. But in all seriousness, this burger is already pretty loaded and very yummy! I am definitely a meat lover, but I would be pretty happy eating it without the beef too!
