🧂 Ingredients

50 ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
20 ml Campari
15 ml demerara syrup
50 ml fresh pineapple juice
20 ml fresh lime juice
Pineapple wedge to garnish

Instructions

1 Add a couple of cubes of ice to a short glass
2 Combine the Captain Morgan, Campari, sugar syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice
to the glass and stir
3 Finish off with a wedge of pineapple to garnish
