🧂 Ingredients

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts

drained; chopped
1 c. miracle whip
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic

minced
1 1/2 c. spinach

chopped/diced
1-5 sun-dried tomatoes

diced small; *optional*
1 red pepper

Instructions

1 Heat oven to 350.
2 Chop artichokes, pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes.
3 Blanch Spinach.
4 Mix all ingredients until well blended.
5 Spread in a 9 inch pie plate.
6 Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
