Air Fryer Radish Chips

snack that's perfect for any occasion. Lightly seasoned and air-fried to
perfection, these radish chips are a healthy and tasty alternative to

🧂 Ingredients

1 bunch BCfresh radishes, washed and trimmed
Olive oil
¾ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
½ tsp salt

Instructions

1 Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
2 Remove the stems and roots from the radishes, then slice the radishes into 3mm
(⅛-inch) thick pieces using a sharp knife or a mandoline.
3 Arrange the radish slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and add a light
coating of olive oil with a pastry brush.
4 Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a small
bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the radish slices and toss to evenly coat.
5 Arrange the radish slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. If
necessary, cook them in batches to ensure all the slices cook evenly. Cook for
8-10 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges and crispy, tossing or
flipping the radishes halfway through.
6 When finished, place the radish slices in a single layer on a cooling rack and
allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
