🧂 Ingredients

1 Can Cream Corn
1 Can Sweet Corn
1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 Egg
8 oz Sour Cream

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 casserole dish or round dish with
wrapper of butter or cooking spray.
2 Place unwrapped stick of butter in microwave safe dish, and microwave until
melted, usually about a minute.
3 Pour all ingredients in casserole dish, and stir. Bake in oven for 45-50
minutes, or until a fork poked in the middle comes out clean.
