🧂 Ingredients

16 ounces white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk

I used goya brand
1 snack package Goodie Girl Chocolate Creme Cookies
1 snack package Goodie Girl Chocolate Chip Cookies
Icing Eyes
Blue Food Coloring

Instructions

1 Add food coloring to sweetened condensed milk.
2 Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second
increments.
3 Carefully mix the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk together.
4 Spread into a lightly greased 8×8 pan.
5 Add cookies and googley eyes.
6 Refrigerate until firm.
