Hot Honey Skillet Corn

This easy hot honey skillet corn is made using frozen corn, the perfect amount
of honey and sriracha and just a couple other simple ingredients for a simple
and delicious side dish.

🧂 Ingredients

20 oz Frozen corn, thawed
3 tbs Butter
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbs Honey
3 tbs Sriracha
1 tbs Salt

Instructions

1 First, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
2 Then add the corn, season it with salt and stir it into the butter.
3 Now add the softened cream cheese and stir it into the corn until it’s melted
completely.
4 Next, add the honey and Sriracha and stir that into the corn mixture and let it
simmer for about 5 minutes.
5 Finally, give it one more big stir, serve warm and enjoy.
