Massage the kale and remove the leaves from the stems.

You can tenderize your kale chips and make them more delicious with this really
easy method. You massage kale by tearing them off the kale stalk and massage the
kale leaves with your fingers. The leaves will soften a bit and turn a more
vibrant green. Ā This helps get the bitterness out of the leaf.

Removing the leaves from the kale chips makes them crispier when you bake them.
The stalks have more water in themĀ and will prevent the leaves from turning
flakey

Set the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 12 minutes.

Add the Kale into the air fryer.

Lightly spray the Kale with the Olive Oil Mister or Avocado Oil Mister.
