🧂 Ingredients

7 oz. can diced green chiles
1 tablespoon oil

canola, olive or avocado
1 garlic clove

minced
½ cup onion

chopped
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon oregano
1 ¼ cup chicken broth
¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1 Heat saucepan to medium heat and add oil and diced onions. Cook, stirring
occasionally, until onions are soft. Add minced garlic and cook another minute
until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a low simmer for 10
minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
2 Transfer sauce to a blender and blend until smooth.
