Sausage Spinach and Gnocchi Soup

🧂 Ingredients

1 In a large pot or dutch oven brown Italian sausage over medium heat.
2 Once the sausage is browned add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer
for 20 minutes until gnocchi is soft and warmed through.
3 Serve and top with shredded parmesan.
4 Set instant pot to sauté mode and add Italian sausage. Brown Italian sausage and
switch mode to pressure cook on high.
5 Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover IP, set valve to seal, and set timer to 5
minutes.
6 Carefully release pressure manually.
7 Serve and top with shredded parmesan.
