melted butter
nut-brown butter

Instructions

1 Arrange cooked asparagus in a buttered earthenware dish.
2 Season, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter and
gratinate under a salamander grill.
3 When lightly coloured, finish with nut-brown butter.
