russet potatoes
peeled, cut in fours
¼ teaspoon
salt
¼ teaspoon
black pepper
½ teaspoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
dried rosemary
2 tablespoon
butter

green onions chopped
½ cup
half&half

Instructions

Place potatoes in a medium saucepan. Pour water over potatoes to cover. Bring
water to a boil. Boil the potatoes for 10-12 minutes until potatoes are soft but
not too soft to where they are falling apart in the water. Drain potatoes in a
strainer.

Transfer potatoes back to saucepan, turn to low heat. Add remaining ingredients
and mash potatoes using a potato masher until smooth. Remove from heat and
serve.
