Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

🧂 Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon mint extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

• 1 In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and mint
  extract until the sugar is dissolved.
• 2 Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
• 3 Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the
  manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.
• 4 During the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips.
• 5 Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least
  2 hours before serving.
