1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line 30 muffin tins with paper liners to
get started.
2 For the cake, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a
medium-sized bowl. Set this dry mixture aside for later use.
3 In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together using an
electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture becomes fluffy and pale, which
