Tomato Bruscetta

This easy to make tomato bruschetta is made with chopped tomatoes marinated in
fresh garlic, Italian seasoning and just a few other simple ingredients served
on toasted bread for the perfect crowd pleasing appetizer.

🧂 Ingredients

5 Roma Tomatoes (or tomatoes of your choice)
4 cloves Fresh Garlic, chopped
3 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
1 tbs Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
6-8 leaves Fresh Basil, shredded
Bagel Chips or Sliced Italian Bread

Instructions

1 First, clean the tomatoes and core them. Drain any extra juice and dice them
into small pieces.
2 Now place them in a medium sized bowl and add the chopped garlic, oil, balsamic
vinegar, seasonings and shredded basil.
3 Next, gently mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
4 Now cover the tomatoes and place them into the refrigerator for about 30
minutes.
5 Finally, give everything one more big mix and serve them with sliced Italian
bread or bagel chips. Enjoy!
