butter
1 lb
chicken livers
halved and trimmed
1/2 tsp
mild curry powder
1 tbsp
Dijon mustard
2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
5 floz
chicken stock
2 oz
long grain rice
cooked and kept hot; 4 spring onions, finely chopped.

Instructions

Melt the butter in a pan, add the chicken livers and fry, stirring gently, for 2
minutes.

Stir in the curry powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Add the
stock and cook over gentle heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Mix the rice with the onion. Serve livers on individual plates, garnished with
the rice.
