Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice,
lime zest, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and red pepper
flakes.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a ziplock bag. Pour the marinade
over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Let it marinate in the
refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or
lightly grease it with olive oil.

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the
preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and
flakes easily with a fork.

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
