🧂 Ingredients

4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 pcs. egg yolks

Instructions

1 In a large pan, combine the first three ingredients.
2 Bring it to a boil and remove from the heat.
3 Then, combine the egg yolks with the hot mixture in a mixing bowl.
4 Whisk well.
5 Transfer the mixture back to the pan and cook for an hour on low heat.
6 Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
7 Transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and freeze.
