Bananas
ripe, chopped lengthwise into 4 pieces
2 oz.
Rice flour
1 tsp
Sugar
1/2 tsp
Baking powder
1/2 cup
Water
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Mix the rice flour, sugar, Baking powder, and water together into a smooth
batter.

Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); dip the banana in the batter and deep-fry, one
at a time, till golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain the excess
oil on absorbent paper towels. Repeat till all the bananas are fried.

Serve hot.
