Boozy Chocolate Easter Cocktail

🧂 Ingredients

• 50 g (⅓ cup) white chocolate

  optional, for a chocolate rim on the glasses
• 95 g (⅓ cup) Nutella
• 60 g (¼ cup) Baileys Irish Cream
• 30 g vodka

  1 shot
• 250 g (1 cup) milk
• 2 mini solid chocolate easter eggs

Instructions

• 1 If you would like a white chocolate rim around the top of your serving glasses,
  simply melt the white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power, for 1-2 minutes
  or until just melted.
• 2 Dip the glasses into the melted chocolate and place into the fridge for a minute
  or two to set.
• 3 Place the Nutella, Baileys, vodka and milk into a blender or Thermomix.
• 4 Blend on low speed until combined. If using a Thermomix, very slowly increase to
  Speed 3, for 20 seconds, or until just combined.
• 5 Place an easter egg into the bottom of 2 serving glasses.
• 6 Pour over the chocolate cocktail and serve.
