Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pieces

🧂 Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter

  softened
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour + 2 tablespoons
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

• 1 Cream butter and sugars together with hand mixer or stand mixer.
• 2 Measure out flour and add salt to flour. Add dry ingredients to the butter sugar
  mixture. Combine well.
• 3 Mix in vanilla and milk. Scrape bottom and sides of the bowl.
• 4 Fold in mini chocolate chips.
• 5 Take about 1/2 tsp scoops of cookie dough and place them on lined cookie sheet.
  When all the dough is in tiny chunks on the sheet, place the sheet in the
  freezer for 4 hours or until dough is frozen solid, at this time you can remove
  the cookie dough chunks to a zip-loc bag or plastic container.
