4 gammon steaks
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
3 tbsps clear honey

Instructions

1 Snip the gammon rind at 1 inch (2.5 cm) intervals.
2 Blend the mustard and honey together and brush over the steaks.
3 Place under a preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
