One Pot Philly Cheese Steak Pasta

Instructions

1 Cook pasta according to packaging and set aside.
2 Season the sliced sirloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and
paprika then set aside.
3 Heat skillet over medium heat.
4 Add canola oil and the sirloin. Cook until the steak is halfway done, then add
in the onions, bell peppers.
5 Cook for about 3-4 minutes, then add in the softened cream cheese and mix well
to incorporate.
6 Add in the heavy cream and let the sauce thicken. Then, add in the Monterey jack
cheese and cook until melted. Season to taste, and add in additional cream to
thin the sauce of necessary.Lastly, add in the cooked rigatoni. Enjoy!
