🧂 Ingredients
3 Cups
Turkey Stock
from the turkey you just cooked preferably
1/4 cup
flour
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

In a sauce pan, bring the turkey stock to a boil.

Whisk in the flour and whisk continuously while the gravy cooks so no lumps
form.

Bring it to a rolling boil, and allow it to thicken for about a minute.

Remove the pan from the heat.

The longer it's off the heat the thicker the gravy will get.

Serve warm.
