3 Then, try to spread the coconut out in a thin and even layer so the flakes can
toast evenly.
4 Continue stirring the coconut flakes frequently with a heat resistant silicone
spatula.
5 After a few minutes, the coconut flakes will reach a beautiful golden brown
color which means they are ready!
6 Finally, transfer the toasted coconut flakes to a serving bowl for easy topping
or serving.
