3 Ingredient Blueberry Cobbler

This 3 ingredient blueberry cobbler is made with just blueberry pie filling,
yellow boxed cake mix and butter for an easy to make and delicious dessert.

🧂 Ingredients

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
22 oz cans Blueberry Pie Filling
1 Stick Butter, cold

pop the butter in the freezer for a few minutes
vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 375
2 Spray a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with cooking spray
3 Sprinkle half of the cake mix to the bottom of the pan spread out evenly
4 Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cake mix and carefully spread it
around. Be careful not to disturb the cake mix on the bottom too much
5 Add the rest of the cake mix evenly onto the top of the pie filling
6 Using a cheese grater, grate the butter and sprinkle that evenly on top of the
cake mix
7 Bake for about 40 minutes or until the cobbler is gold and bubbly
8 Serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and enoy!!
