Easy Coleslaw with Bagged Slaw Mix

This is a super easy coleslaw recipe using bagged slaw mix. It is a great
make-ahead dish for your next get together.

🧂 Ingredients

1 bag 16 oz. coleslaw mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
optional: salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1 Put everything in a medium bowl except the bag of slaw mix and whisk together.
2 Add the bag of slaw mix to the liquid mixture and stir to coat.
3 Refrigerate for at least 3 hours but up to 24 hours. Stir perodically just to
make sure everything is staying coated in the liquid mixture.
