about how they can help their child or teenager lose weight. My heart goes out
to all of them and so here's a little helping hand: Homemade Fat Burning Tea.

🧂 Ingredients

1 fresh lime

sliced
small handful of mint leaves
1 green tea bag
3 cups of water

room temperature or a little warm

Instructions

1 Pour water into a large jug.
2 Add tea, mint leaves and lime to water.
3 Allow to infuse for a minimum of 30 minutes.
4 OPTIONAL: Remove the tea bag if you don’t want the green tea flavor to to
strengthen.
