Apple Raspberry Crisp

This Apple Raspberry Crisp is a delicious blend of our two fall favorites!

🧂 Ingredients

1 C Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 C flour
5 Honey Crisp apples (or your favorite!)

Peeled, cored and sliced into wedges
1/2 Pint Red raspberries

Fresh or frozen
1/2 C Old fashioned oats
1/4 C Flax meal or wheat germ

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
4 Tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil

Softened

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and lightly grease a 9x9 baking pan.
2 In a large bowl mix 1/2 C brown sugar and 1T flour. Add apples and toss to
coat. Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan.
3 Spread the raspberries across the top, mashing lightly to settle them into the
mixture.
4 Using the same bowl, add oats, remaining sugar (1/2 C) and flour (1/2 C), flax
meal and cinnamon and stir to combine. Add the butter, and use a fork to combine
to a "crumbly" texture, and spread this mixture evenly over the fruit.
5 Place in the preheated oven and bake until browned and bubbly, approximately 50
minutes.
