Instructions

1 Cut the watermelon, cucumber, feta, fresh basil and red onion. Place them in a
large bowl.
2 Season with salt, black pepper and lemon zest.
3 Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Top with fresh basil and feta.
4 Gently toss to combine and serve.
