Chocolate Fudge Cake

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 pkg. chocolate or Devil's Food cake mix
• 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

  semi-sweet preferred
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  or canola oil (or use coconut oil or avocado oil)
• 3 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix

  dry
• 4 large eggs
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  for garnish, if desired

Instructions

• 1 Generously grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
• 2 Set aside.
• 3 Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
• 4 Pour cake batter into prepared pan.
• 5 Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until a knife or bamboo skewer inserted in
  center comes out clean.
• 6 Cool completely.
• 7 Invert onto plate.
• 8 Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
