1 teaspoon honey
2 dashes bitters
2 ounces bourbon or rye
Garnish: lemon twist

Instructions

1 Add honey, bitters, and bourbon into a cocktail shaker. Stir well.
2 Strain into an ice-filled low ball glass or desired cocktail glass.
3 Garnish with a lemon twist.
