Zero Proof Coconut Margarita

A tropical (and zero alcohol) twist on the classic, this coconut margarita is
bright, tart and refreshing.

🧂 Ingredients

Desiccated coconut

lime zest and salt, to rim
60 mL non-alcoholic blanco tequila
30 mL lime juice
60 mL coconut milk
22.5 mL agave syrup
5 mL coconut extract

Lime wedge or wheel to garnish

Instructions

1 Combine desiccated coconut, lime zest and salt on a plate. Run the cut side of a
lime over the rim of the glass (or down one side, like I did). Dip into your
salt mixture and then fill your glass with ice.
2 In the base of a cocktail shaker, add NA tequila, lime juice, coconut milk,
agave syrup and coconut extract. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds to chill.
3 Strain into your prepared glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
