🧂 Ingredients

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Blood orange juice
0.5 oz Lime juice
8 Mint leaves
2 oz Chilled ginger beer
Chilled Champagne

Instructions

1 In a Champagne flute, pour in the juice of 1/2 a medium blood orange and 1/2 a
lime.
2 Measure 1 ounce of vodka using your jigger and add it to the glass.
3 Pour in 2 ounces of chilled ginger beer, then stir gently to blend the flavors.
4 Slowly add chilled champagne to fill the glass, leaving space for garnish.
5 Place mint leaves and a blood orange slice on top for a burst of color and
