Cheesy Beef and Shells

Cheesy Beef and Shells is an absolutely delicious recipe! Packed with tomato
bisque, beef, and cheese; and ready in 30 minutes!

1 Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as per package instructions, when you
drain make sure to save 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the remaining pasta
well.
2 Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet, then cook ground beef with garlic,
Italian seasoning, and onions until browned. Remember to crumble the beef as it
cooks and drain excess fat.
3 Gradually add in Zoup! Tomato Bisque, pasta water, cream cheese, heavy cream,
and cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until reduced and slightly
thickened. Ready in just 6-8 minutes!
4 Add cooked pasta to the mixture and heat for about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt
and pepper to your liking. Optionally, you can also stir in more cheese for
extra flavor.
