Corn starch, 50 g
Salt, 2 g
Black pepper, a little
Milk, 25 ml
Oil, 3 tsp( for pan-frying)

Cut a peeled potato into pieces, and heat in the microwave on high for 8
minutes.

Mash the potato pieces in a bowl, then add salt, cornstarch, black pepper, and
milk, combine well.

Make 6 pancakes with cheese shredded inside.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil, and pan-fry the potato pancakes until
golden brown on both sides.5.
