Gently fry9 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms in 4 tbsp olive oil and add 9 1/2 oz lardons
of prosciutto crudo and 2 tsp chopped basil.

Mix in 1.3 lb cooked and drained spaghetti, add grated Parmesan cheese, season
and serve.
