🧂 Ingredients

Fresh pineapple - peeled

cored and sliced
2 limes - zest
Lime juice

Instructions

1 Prepare the grill with hot coals.
2 Peel, core and slice pineapple into 1/4" slices
3 Brush pineapple slices lightly with canola oil.
4 Place pineapple on the grill over the hot coals.
5 Grill each side 3-4 minutes or until pineapple is caramelized to your taste.
6 Place pineapple on a serving dish and sprinkle with lime zest.
7 (optional - If a stronger lime flavor is desired, sprinkle lime juice over the
pineapple.)
