🧂 Ingredients

16 frozen mini pancakes

silver dollar pancakes
8 strawberries

halved
1 to 2 bananas

sliced
peanut butter to taste
Nutella to taste
Party Skewers

Instructions

1 Place 1 silver dollar pancake on a flat surface. Top with a small dollop of
peanut butter or Nutella if desired. Otherwise, leave plain.
2 Top the mini pancake with a thick slice of strawberry. Add another mini pancake
and top that with a slice of banana and also of strawberry. Run a skewer through
the pancake and transfer to a serving platter.
3 If desired, drizzle with warm maple syrup or dust with confectioners sugar if
desired.
