🧂 Ingredients

1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup cajeta

extra for drizzling at serving
2 tbsp melted butter
1 pinch salt

Instructions

1 Blend pistachios in a food processor until they are a fine powder. Add a dash of
salt.
2 Add in melted butter and mix again.
3 Add cajeta to whipping cream in a bowl and whip until peaks form.
4 Fold in the pistachio paste.
5 Chill for one hour.
6 Line a dessert dish with cajeta and spoon in 1/2 cup of mousse.
