🧂 Ingredients

2 ⅔ cups rolled oats

divided
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup coconut flakes

unsweetened
⅓ cup coconut oil

melted
½ cup agave syrup
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup butter

Instructions

1 Grind half of the oats, using a blender.
2 In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the oats with the blended ones, salt, and
coconut flakes.
3 In another bowl, mix the agave syrup, coconut oil, and butter. Mix well.
4 Combine the two mixtures, and mix well.
5 Add the chocolate chips.
6 Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and freeze it for a few hours.
7 Cut it into squares.
