Cream Cheese Cookies

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 Cup salted butter

  softened
• 6 oz cream cheese

  softened
• 1 Cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extra
• 1 egg

  large
• 2 Tablespoons milk
• 2 Cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 Cup pecans

  chopped

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
• 2 In a mixer, cream together the sugar, butter and cream cheese for 1 minute on
  medium speed.  Beat in the vanilla, milk and eggs.
• 3 In a separate bowl, mix together the salt, flour, and pecans.  Add to the wet
  ingredients until well incorporated.
• 4 Drop batter onto a greased or lined cookie sheet.  Bake for 15-17 minutes or
  until the edges are lightly golden brown.  Let cool on the cookie sheet.
