🧂 Ingredients

1 Mix the blueberry simple syrup, balsamic glaze, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
Set aside.
2 Place sprouted daikon radish shoots in a salad bowl, arrange a square of
watermelon on top, then slather with a tablespoon of the blueberry and balsamic
glaze mixture, add the feta cheese.
3 Place the second square of watermelon on top and slather with the remaining
blueberry and balsamic glaze mixture.
4 Garnish with the thin slices of fresh mint.
5 Serve.
