1 cup Peanut butter
1 cup White sugar
1 egg

Instructions

1 Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). It won’t take long because these
cookies will be ready in no time!
2 Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Beat the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes
(that’s more than enough). I used a mixer, but you can mix it by hand if you
prefer.
3 Using a spoon, scoop out a portion of dough and roll it into a ball with your
hands. Then, using a fork, press gently on the top to create a crisscross
pattern – this adds a lovely touch!
4 Place the cookies in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. After that, take
them out and let them cool for about 30 minutes.
5 When you first take them out, the cookies will still feel soft, don’t worry!
They just need time to set, and they’ll be perfect.
