garlic, tomato chutney recipe. grill tomatoes chilis and garlic on the stove.

🧂 Ingredients

7 to 8 whole tomatoes
1 whole bunch of garlic pods
5 to 7 whole dry red chili
1 tsp salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1 first, all whole tomatoes are put on direct flame and the whole garlic cut into
2 pieces, put on direct flame. And just a few seconds burn whole dry red chilis.
2 In just 10 min all tomatoes and garlic are fully soft and smoky smile. Take off
all in another bowl.
3 Peel of all tomatoes skin and garlic skin. add dry red chilis and salt, mash all
together mix very well.
4 Now add 2 tbsp olive oil.
5 Ready to eat with rice or bread.
